Haarp

A dragon that guarded the cloud-shrouded mountain bridge leading to God's Plateau. He demanded a toll of the party and accepted the Medallion of Records in trade. Later, as Lena's trial of how much the party could inflict reached its conclusion, Haarp dove on the plateau and was slain; they retrieved the Medallion from his body.
