Chernobog

A half-giant pirate who teleported his goat-headed galleon beside the MS Anne to claim the 5,000 gp bounty on each of the Uninvited. His arrows bore the party's wanted posters. When he saw Kilijan use a Cape of Leaves to heal Lorkhan, his eyes lit up — revealing his own back: Chernobog also wears a Cape of Leaves. He fired the chain-cannonball that cut the MS Anne in half. Per Willfried, he is the last in a line of students of the White Lotus.
