Poem #6 (Duskwalker Experience): Song of Capes (Lorilon)

Hark! Gather 'round, ye weary souls, and hear a tale untold, Of Omihi Duskwalker, brave and bold, whose heart grew weathered, cold. From Phandalin she journeyed, past sorrows in her wake, To Tulmon by the Steam Lake, a destiny to make. Her blade, once fierce in battles, now stilled by memories' sting, Yet danger called, on pirate wings, and honor bade her sing. With might and skill, she quelled the tide, a hero's legend grew, But whispers of a fading pride, a yearning for something new. The call of rest, it beckoned low, but fame refused to sleep, From guilds across the kingdoms, offers beckoned deep. Yet Omihi, with wisdom's eyes, a different path did weave, As guardian of the north she'd rise, where monsters writhed and thieves. Traxigor, lich in waiting, loomed, a shadow's dark design, But Omihi, fate anticipating, gathered forces to combine. From Derlusk, Thur, and Arthyn bold, an alliance strong and true, They sailed the Sea of Swords, so cold, where jagged rocks pierce through. Into his tower, dark and vast, she slipped with silent tread, Before the lich's ritual passed, his fate by her was led. The magic, warped by her swift hand, a twist it did impart, Traxigor, no longer fiend, but transformed by her art. An otter small, his essence bound, within his own dark hold, The tower sealed, with whispered sound, a leaf a story told. "Lorilon," the word of might, that held the lich at bay, A hero's deed, that banished night, then faded with the day. In Tulmon's heart, as mayor wise, she served with gentle hand, But time, it waits for no disguise, and claimed her from the land. As shadows rose, with malice rife, her legacy they feared, The Cape of Leaves, her gift of life, in Kelwentown disappeared. So ends the tale, whispered low, of hero, lich, and leaf, A legend's embers gently glow, in hearts that find relief. For though the brave may fade away, their deeds in song remain, A spark of hope, to light the way, through sorrow, sun, and rain.
