In a League of Their Own

Kilijan starts training with Voren Fizzlefight at the Oeble Thunderbolts. He is the replacement of Lyutza, a placeholder name the team uses. Thanks to Kilijan, they won their first game in years. Manasa becomes the leader of the Thunderbolt fan club "Zmijuga Loma" and starts a somewhat lucrative gambling business. Weneon returns to the junkyard and makes the aquaintance of Maltser, the gnome owner of the establishment. They discuss the structure of power in Oeble and Maltser tells him that he will keep an eye out for potential jobs. Lorkhan is trying to sell the dragon tooth to Bryce Cleves, a retired knight "searching for something he lost".

Mycha recovers from his wounds, and Silis and Marla offer the party two heists. The party decides on Silis's proposal of ruining the plan of the elite to sabotage the local water dam. Although the party is not on the same page as Silis's is as to how their intervention will get them paid, Silis assures them to leave the payout to him. They decide on entering the dam through the sewers and blow their cover immediately. While fighting the guards, however, they are interrupted by a mechanical dog who spits fire and gasoline. As the dog brings them down to their knees, other guards are heard approaching. They are, however, discarded off by an arcanaloth who introduces himself to the party by the name of Moroz. He finds the party to be an interesting bunch and is amused by testing their strength, as he has not seen adventuring parties in centuries. He recovers them and summons another mechanical dog. Offering the party a reward if they succeed, he pulls a scimitar of speed out of his bag of holding. The name Lorilon is inscribed onto the sword. He commands his terminadogs to attack the p[arty and turns the sewer into an inescapable ice cave.
