Synopsis

The party climbed Elminster's tower, detecting dangerous pollen and receiving a vision of Adona's past detailing the Leaves and a sixth Cape of Leaves' location. Selena then led them to a cartographer room where they, with Marginalia's help, completed Elminster's map, stepping into a memory of the Thur Opera before being attacked by a corrupted violin player aberration.

Ch. 1
Part 1
The party left the ground floor and began to climb the winding stairs of Elminster's tower. As they ascended, they noticed pollen hanging in the air. Sagiato identified it as the pollen of a dangerous flower called Honey Deception. He warned them to be careful, and the party quickly covered their mouths to avoid paralysis. Sagiato concluded the pollen originated from the garden on the second floor. Just as they prepared to continue their climb, they received a vision from the Medallion of Records, more precisely Poem #7. The vision presented Adona's song, revealing details about her past. They learned that Adona had traveled back in time after Oeble's Artificer guards captured her. She was sent to a mysterious Island Number 7, where she met the Orc Slayers of Leilon, an adventuring group later known as the Leaves. After the vision faded, Weneon and Kilijan asked Wiki, the mechanical bird, to help fill the gaps in their knowledge. Wiki explained that five Capes of Leaves had been made, and a sixth was still under development. This sixth cape, Wiki informed them, was located on the last floor of Elminster's Tower. With this new information, the party continued their ascent. They reached the first floor of the tower.
Ch. 2
Part 2
The party reached the first floor of Elminster's tower. Selena intercepted them before they could proceed further. She led them into a cartographer room. Inside, numerous maps covered the walls and tables, showing all sorts of geographical locations. A large, unfinished map lay spread across a central table, dominating the space. Selena looked at the maps, lost in her own memories. Kilijan gravitated towards a section of the room where smaller, more rudimentary maps were displayed. He investigated them, recognizing them as exercises Selena must have made during her childhood. Weneon, always looking for items of interest, spotted a diorama of a ship on a high shelf. Manasa’s search was more tactile, and he discovered a silver key. Its handle was shaped like the tower they were in. Sagiato, recalling the art style from Selena’s mechanical bird, specifically looked for maps pertaining to Arborea. During their individual explorations, they stumbled upon Marginalia, a magical book companion from Selena's childhood. Marginalia spoke to them, explaining that the large, unfinished map in the center of the room depicted Elminster's latest voyage, a journey he had never fully documented. Marginalia offered the party the only clues it had gathered from Elminster's mumbles while he was working on it. The party managed to piece together the information, solving the puzzle Marginalia provided. The unfinished map then began to draw itself before their eyes. Lines extended, details filled in, and the route of Selena and Elminster's journey towards the city of Thur became visible. As the map completed, a vivid sketch materialized from its surface, framed by an ornate brass border. Selena walked towards it and stepped through the frame. She found herself observing a memory of her teenage self and her father, Elminster, attending the Grand Opening of the Thur Opera. The party followed Selena into the memory. They found themselves standing within the opulent opera house. A figure, a corrupted violin player aberration, immediately noticed them. It attacked them with its bow.
