A rickshaw approaches from down the path that leads to the manor. A hooded male woman and two children get off. The children are shy and pick some blue flowers while Kilijan watches them. The Woman speaks up: "We didn't mean to intrude. We just need some herbs for our evening tea." Kilijan is a bit weirded out, since Sagiatto mentioned earlier Delirium and the thoughts of the Yeti encounter form a year or so ago still haunted him. Kilijan cuts the conversation short and leaves for the city. Weneon, who has been listening to the whole ordeal from the bushes while knocking out a harengon spy, continues listening and overhears the woman adress the children: "We have enough now, Lena. Please check on your brother." The girl Lena touches her brother's face, who is already sleeping: "Janus, wake up."
