Synopsis
The Uninvited enter the Feywild to find a way to resurrect Tuggs.
Ch. 1
Part 1
Mycha, Kilijan, and Weneon enter the infirmary. Mycha approaches the one nurse behind the counter at the reception desk. He convinces her that they need to bring out an injured sailor because he has been given the wrong amount of sedative. The nurse believes him, and she leaves her post to carry the sailor out of the room.
Weneon uses this moment to look into the reports on the reception desk and finds out that the kid is in room 5. He also notices that Manasa is in room 1 with light alcohol poisoning.
Mycha and the nurse Greta carry the sleeping sailor out of the room. Kilijan tries to give Mycha a sign to scare her away. Mycha does not understand what Kilijan is hinting at, to which Kilijan (still invisible) writes something on the wall in order to scare Greta. She, however, is unaffected by this paranormal happening, and she instructs Mycha to investigate.
Mycha acts out that he has PTSP and does not want to engage with it right now. Weneon tries to mimic the oni's voice, but Greta becomes even more eager to investigate. Mycha begs her not to. Seeing his attempts are failing, Weneon sneaks up on her and knocks her unconscious.
Ch. 2
Part 2
Weneon wakes Manasa and together with Mycha and Kilijan, they enter Tuggs's room.
They find the boy's body laying on the bed. Besides the bed, Taylor is sitting in a chair, as if waiting for them. Next to the bed, standing tall, is Aster with his hands crossed.
Taylor instructs Aster to keep calm and lets the party explain what they want to do. Kilijan does so and explains that they want to bring the body into the feywild to resurrect it. Aster is against this plan, but Taylor convinces him to stay put.
Taylor then helps Kilijan mount the boy's body onto a crafted backpack, and the party vanishes into the feywild.
Ch. 3
Part 3
The party appears in the feywild, a few miles from the all-knowing tree, and 2 hours removed from the harengon camp outside the tower Amidor and Melcior were headed to.
The party immediately realizes that the body of Tuggs has not arrived with them. Lorkhan, however, was teleported to the Feywild with them.
Kilijan looses all hope once he saw that the kid is not with them. Lorkhan starts walking towards the harengon camp. Mycha does so as well. Weneon and Manasa try to talk to Kilijan about what to do, when they suddenly feel a cold presence approaching.
They see an eladrin elf on a cliff talking to them, saying that they are intruders in his woods and have to leave. They argue that they are entitled to be here, to which the elf seemingly summons three ice elementals who attack the party.
During the fight, Mycha shows to the elf the weapon he retrieved from Albi as proof that they have the same intentions as the elf to gert rid of the intruders. The eladrin sees that weapon, and immediately is convinced to help the party against the ice elementals, revealing that he is not the one who summoned them, explaining that they are a natural force, not his summonings.
He jumps from the cliff and saves Weneon, who has fallen unconscious and surrounded by two elementals. He heals him and throws him to safety.
Lorkhan, who has teleported onto the cliff earlier to surprise the eladrin, throws a fireball amongst the elementals and the eladrin elf, killing all of them.
Ch. 4
Part 4
After the fight, the party tries to reassess their situation. Lorkhan decides he will not travel with Weneon any further, to which Weneon leaves the party and heads southward. Lorkhan heads north, towards the tower to fight the harengon on his own.
Kilijan and Mycha follow Weneon, and Manasa decides to stay behind in the woods.
Lorkhan arrives at the camp and makes his way inside, killing a few harengon in the process. He is surrounded, however, by an infeasible amount of troops, until, in a moment of exhaustion, a harengon halberd pierces Lorkhan's skull, killing him instantly.
As Lorkhans soul leaves his body, it travels through planar spaces for a few moments, having a vision of Lorkhan's deepest desire: "Him and the rest of the party entering a city on horseback, being celebrated as heroes. Suddenly, the vision fades into darkness, as Lorkhan's soul enters a dark void of other doumir souls. He hears the voice of his seer, who tells him that he is once again a slave and will forever be, and that being free was just a dream he had. Lorkhan's soul then enters the dark nothingness and ceases to remember of ever being an individual at all.
Manasa wait until the evening by the fire, before he decides to take his own life. He puts his blade onto his belly and cuts himself open.
As his soul is hurling towards the river Styx in Avernus, he hears all the cries of the innocent he murdered. Before his plunges into the river, however, Darius's guidance catches him, to at least deliver him into a plane which is more suitable to someone having Darius as a patron.
Darius manages to get his soul to the threshold of Mechanus, when Manasa hears Amidor's voice: "Please, decide to come back."
Manasa decides to be revived and opens his eyes, seeing Melcior reviving him while Amidor cheers. Manasa is taken aback by Melcior and kisses her. She engages with the kiss, and then tells Manasa that she needs his help, and the help of the rest of the party, since she found out where Selena is and that the tower harbors an unfinished Cape of Leaves.
Manasa explains in short what happened between them, and, before leaving to find the party, he asks her to revive the killed eladrin elf. Melcior obliges and brings the elf back to life.
He introduces himself as Greg. Melcior tells him that he was saved by the grace of her god, and that he demands of him to help her in her holy mission. Together they leave to find Weneon, Kilijan, and Mycha.
