Rarrosh Wellcall

An old wood elf living atop the Thur Mountains. The son of Odd Wellcall, co-founder of Brable. He spent his whole life trying to unlock the poems from the Medallion of Records and tends several Capes of Leaves on clotheslines outside his cabin — their magical aura alone keeps ill-minded spellcasters away from Brable. The true Cape of Leaves, Malcer hung from his shoulders until he tossed it to the wind to greet the party.
