Ch. 1
Part 1
The Orc Slayers, Malcer Lynk Hornraven, Gambino Marino, Lorilon Duskwalker, Kosara Amakir, Ana Kinn, Emmen, and Omihi Kakurenbo, decided to pursue a new quest. This particular task directed them towards the subterranean passages beneath Helm's Hold. The group followed the various leads they had gathered, which pointed them towards the ancient sewer system of Helm's Hold. They navigated the less frequented parts of the settlement, specifically looking for an entry point. Their search eventually led Malcer Lynk Hornraven, Lorilon Duskwalker, Kosara Amakir, Ana Kinn, Emmen, and Omihi Kakurenbo to a large waterfall at the city's edge. Behind the cascading water, they located a hidden entrance into the sewer system. The Orc Slayers carefully made their way through the watery curtain, stepping into the dark, echoing tunnels beyond. The air within was damp and heavy with the distinct scent of stagnant water and earth. As Malcer Lynk Hornraven, Lorilon Duskwalker, Kosara Amakir, Ana Kinn, Emmen, and Omihi Kakurenbo progressed further into the depths, the passage behind them unexpectedly collapsed. A sudden shower of rock and debris sealed off their entry point, cutting off their return. Malcer Lynk Hornraven, Lorilon Duskwalker, Kosara Amakir, Ana Kinn, Emmen, and Omihi Kakurenbo found themselves trapped within the dark confines of the sewer. It became clear they were not alone in the tunnels. Around the group, the distinct sounds of scuttling echoed, revealing the presence of kobolds. In the distance, hushed chants indicated that cultists also occupied these underground passages.
